It all began with chemistry and Love for people.
I was born and raised in New Orleans, LA where food and people are our first language. With a Bachelors in Chemistry, I worked for multiple years in the Oil and Gas, Pharmaceutical, and Educational fields.
As time moved forward, I knew something within my heart was eager for more. I started to develop a big interest in the science behind food. Which lead me to learning more.
Education is important to me, so during culinary school, I open an business and just ran off. I’ve worked with several celebrities, opened a private kitchen, as an Executive Chef at a Private River Oaks School, where I ran two kitchens along with staff. I teach and educate people on the basics of the culinary world, knife skills, infusing foods with many different culture. I’ve hosted cooking parties from kids to adults of all ages. Educated staff and people in the Health Industry world on Nutrition and more. I hold all necessary certification to be able to acknowledge everyone’s diet and restriction, as well as, allergies and preferences. We meal plan/prep for people of all diets and ages (vegan, halal, vegetarians, keto, weight loss and more.)
Ten years forward, currently as a Celebrity Chef that has privately caters to professionals athletes, celebrities and some of Houston’s Elite Clientele. With professionalism and flavor, we treat all clients with same love and respect we have for all.
