Service Fee

Croissant Ville food presentation and service fee for all events begins at $175. Fee will vary based on pick up, drop off, guest count, location, and display requests.

Dinner Ware

Serving utensils are given with all service (foil pan drop off or pick up). Disposable dinnerware, cups, napkins, and flatware are NOT included for events. PLEASE REQUEST if needed. Glassware & stainless-steel flatware available upon request.

Drop Off Service

This includes pans only (disposable warming chafers by request only- fee applies). No attendant is provided for this service.

Drop Off/Set up/ Pick up Service

This includes stainless chafers, porcelain dishes, display etc. Staff and/or Chef will drop off, set up, and pick up catering ware the day after event, based upon event end time. Service Fee starts at $250. (Price varies based upon delivery address)

Buffet Service

One of the most popular styles of serving for weddings and other private events. We will provide you with all necessary equipment like stainless steel chafing dishes, platters and other serving pieces. All the set up and breakdown be will done by our personnel. All plates, silverware and napkins can be available at the buffet table, if needed, for a minimal additional charge.

Full Service

If you are planning to have a formal event or would like to impress your friends, this is the service you want to use. We will provide all standard prep equipment. Plates, Silverware and other table pieces will be priced according to the specs or specific requirements of the customer. Our staff is well dressed and ready to serve your every need. The number of wait staff/servers are according to the type of service requested and the amount of guests involved in your event. There will be a Service Charge of 20% associated with this service.

Personal Chef (In-home or for the night)

This service speaks for its self, the owner and chef of the company will personally come to your home or place of event and prepare a full service meal of your liking for you or you and your guest. You will have a Personal Chef for the entire event to prepare fresh meals on site, serve, and clean up all dishes and kitchen equipment used.
